  • Data capture from motors and pumps using sensors
  • Data capture from pipes using Air Leak Monitoring devices

Data Capture from Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) Systems

The PLC receives information from connected sensors or input devices, processes the data, and triggers outputs based on pre-programmed parameters. Depending on the inputs and outputs, a PLC can monitor and record run-time data such as machine productivity or operating temperature, automatically start and stop processes, generate alarms if a machine malfunctions, and more. PLC is a flexible and robust control solution, adaptable to almost any application.dvc

There are a few key features that set PLCs apart from industrial PCs, microcontrollers, and other industrial control solutions:

Data Capture from Edge devices

Data is gathered and analyzed in real time with edge computing. Edge computing works by capturing and processing information as close to the source of the data or desired event as possible. It relies on sensors, computing devices and machinery to collect data and feed it to edge servers or the cloud. Depending on the desired task and outcome, this data might feed analytics and machine learning systems, deliver automation capabilities or offer visibility into the current state of a device, system or product.

Data Capture from Motors and Pumps using Sensors

Data is captured from motors and pumps using vibration sensors. A vibration sensor measures the amount and frequency of vibration in a given system, machine, or piece of equipment and sends information to maintenance teams insight into conditions within key assets that might lead to equipment failure, allowing them to predict the maintenance of the machinery, to reduce overall costs and increase the performance of the machinery.

Data Capture from Pipes using Air Leak Monitoring Devices

Our leak detection monitoring system utilizes KPIs of the pipeline and the product batch it carries. Our system uses different statistical approaches. We utilize the sequential probability ratio  method that characterizes and distinguishes the ‘normal’ and ‘abnormal’ behavior of the pipeline and the product it carries. The system improves accuracy, using historical and live data as the software tracks different KPIs. Our automated leak detection software is not limited to pipeline leak detection. It can also identify anomalies like flow meter errors, compressor issues, inlet separator water level problems, etc.
